Thank you for choosing Market Fresh Catering by American Food and Vending for your catering needs. We want you to be a guest at your special event. We prepared these procedures to assist you in planning your event to ensure that it will be a successful one.
American Food and Vending is committed to providing the best in creative catering, buth in menu and in presentation. We always give customized attention to the details of each individual event, from the informal to the extraordinary.
These items represent just a portion of what we can do for you. We would be happy to meet with you and develop a menu just for you.
For your convenience, we are also available to assist you in the selection of your menu, linens, bar set up and floral arrangements.
Your food service director and catering team will be happy to assist you in custom designing a menu for you.
A 24-hour notice is required on cancellations and a 50% cancellation fee may apply to all events cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
A 10% handling fee may be applied to orders received with less than 48 hours notice.
As a part of our service, equipment (coffee pots, chaffers, utensils, etc.) is provided with your order at no additional charge. If items are not left in the area serviced, you will be billed the cost of replacement.
We recommend a delivery time of 15 to 45 minutes prior to the start of the event.
